Loss is an inevitable part of life, and grief is a natural part of the healing process.

The reasons for grief are many, such as the loss of a loved one, the loss of health, or the letting go of a long-held dream.

Dealing with a significant loss can be one of the most difficult and painful times in a person's life.

Support from others can be a reminder that grief is a universal experience and that you are not alone.

There are skills that help you cope and get your life back in balance again. Skills to help the healing process to begin and continue.

The overwhelming evidence today shows that people who come together to support one another in these difficult times stand a much better chance of getting their lives back in balance after a very painful loss.

This Group is being faciltated by the Teilo Counselling Service and is a free service for the community.
